1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must include all accessories and components as delivered.
Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
- Damaged items caused by misuse, improper handling, or not following product instructions.
2. Dissatisfaction with Product Results
If you are not satisfied with the results of a product, we offer a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- Provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction.

Note: Products where a substantial amount has already been used may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- For Advance Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item or issue a full refund. To process this:

6. Exchanges

7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Returns initiated beyond the return-time window.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Products where a substantial amount has already been used.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders paid in advance can be cancelled before entering the shipping process. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping company, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return under this Return and Refund Policy after receiving the item.
